Realized and unrealized, across the range you pick

The dashboard answers “where am I right now”. Insights answers “how has it been going”: realized results from closed trades and wheel events, unrealized P/L on what is still open, plotted over the date range you choose.

Pick a range — the totals and the curve recompute from your actual events and live marks.

What the numbers are

  • Realized — closed strategies at the price you closed them, plus cycle events (premium banked, shares called away) booked against their real basis.
  • Unrealized — the open book marked from the 15-minute-delayed chain, the same figure the dashboard’s open P/L shows. The two screens are computed by one pipeline and held in parity by tests, so they can never quietly disagree.
  • The range — a month of wheeling, the quarter, year to date. Realized events fall inside the range by their event date; unrealized is as-of now.
